Avatar Meher Baba born as Merwan Sheriar Irani on 25th Feb 1894 has claimed Himself as God in Human form and the seventh Avatar after Zoroaster being the first followed by Ram, Krishna, Budhdha, Jesus, Mohammad. He was silent for 44 years till He dropped his body on 31st January 1969 and worked all over the world with people of different cast, creed and religions, with masts (whom He has regarded as the advanced souls stuck on the journey to God), establishing Love as the only religion.
Today marks 56th year of His Amartithi which is celebrated in Meherabad, Ahmednagar, India. His lovers from all over the world gather for this day for His darshan.
